1. Please use SD card with a transfer speed of Class 10 or above. Incorrect format or a low speed level SD card may interfere with the normal use of the device.
2. Before pressing the record button of the product, please make sure the input video sources device (such as VCR/Camcorder, set-top boxes, computers, game consoles,etc) is working and can provide audio or video signal to the product.
3. If the video capture card's software gets stuck, the system can be reset by inserting a pin or similar object into the small hole on the back of the device.
4. If you do not succeed in recording video material to the Multi-function FHD Video converter, the cables may be connected incorrectly or too loosely.
5. Before using a USB flash drive or a SD card, please make sure to set the format to FAT32 or exFAT, and the maximum capacity to 128G. For the best result, it is recommended to use a 10 or higher speed class SD card. Incorrect format or a low speed level SD card may affect the normal use of the device.
- How to format the SUB flash drive or a SD card via this device:
- Press the "Menu" button to enter the menu options, then select the "Format" option.
- Press the "OK" button to enter the format interface, then select the "YES" option and press the "OK" button to confirm the format.
- This device will automatically split longer recordings into MOV video files that are 4 GB each (1080p input is automatically segmented in about 20 minutes, 720P is about 40 minutes). If you wish to combine a longer recording into one file, this must be done on a computer after recording. Segments cannot currently be combined on the device.
- Note: Please charge before first use. When the battery is completely depleted, it will need approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
