Q:How can I get audio?
A:Please below reply:
1) Before your video source connected to VIXLW video capture, first connect it to a TV using rca cable to make sure if its audio and video are normal.
2.)After making sure your computer and video source normal, set up according to your manual, and you can get audio and video.
Q:About the driver?
A:The driver will be automatically detected by your computer once VIXLW video capture plugged in. During making audio and video settings in capture software, e.g., OBS, you will see the audio driver’s name as “USB Digital Audio” and the video driver’s as “USB Video”; you need to select them to ensure normal recording.
Q:About capture software?
A:Please see below reply:
1)For win, you are recommended to use OBS or PotPlayer, which you can download via the link in the manual.
2)For Mac, you can use Quick Time Player that can be downloaded in Mac App Store.
Q:Can I use VIXLW video capture to edit video?
A:No. This capture card used with OBS or Quick Time Player software is for recording and streaming only. In order to edit your video recordings, you need to look for some video editing software.
Q:Is VIXLW video capture up to 1080P?
A:Yes, but one thing to note is that video quality depends on your video source. Any capture card can not change the picture quality of a video source.

Q:How to successfully and correctly use the videos?
A:Pleas see below steps:
1) Charging the Battery(two ways) : Via the power mains or Via the computer's USB port.
2) Instaling the memory card : TF card must be used.
3)Connecting a Video Source : Via RCA to AV cable, 3 pins RCA cable or HDMI cable.
4)Starting Recording : Before starting recording, settings recording mode and the date and time.
5)Playback and Play : Use the MODE button to select the play mode, press OK to play the film.
Q:How can I record the vidoe?
A:Please see recording stpes as below:
Step 1: Connect your Video Grabber to the video source.
Step 2: Turn on the video source.
Step 3: Turn on your Video Grabber.
Step 4: Press the REC button to begin recording.
Step 5: Press PLAY on the video source to begin playing your video. The film is now also visible on the screen on your Video Grabbe. While it being recorded, you can do take snapshots.
Step 6: Press the REC button to stop and save the recording.
