1.The input setting resolution does not correspond to the acquisition setting resolution.(The input is 1920x1080P 60hz signal during acquisition, but the acquisition resolution has chosen 3840x2160 or 2560x1440.)

A:Solution: The input is 1920x1080P 60hz signal during acquisition, and the acquisition resolution is selected as 1920x1080P 60hz. (Resolution enhancement is not supported)

2.The input signal is 3840x2160 60hz during acquisition, but the acquisition resolution is chose 3840x2160 30hz.

A:Solution: The input is a 3840x2160 60hz signal during acquisition, and the acquisition resolution is selected 1920x1080P 60hz. (Because the video capture card only supports 3840x2160 30hz when the input signal is 3840x2160 30hz during acquisition)
