For the MAC OS, you are advised to use Quicktime. The product automatically switches to the Pal or NTSC standard, but secAM is not supported
If the BR117 software has sound but no picture, uninstall the product driver, connect the product to the computer again and identify the driver to try, if there is still a problem, you can download OBS from our website. （http://www.digitnow.us/download.html）
